Holkham, Norfolk

A visit to this medieval city at any time in the year will not disappoint. In the summer, you could punt and picnic on the rivers Thames and Cherwell. In winter, you could wander the cobbled streets through the snow topped medieval buildings. This city feels magically romantic all year round.

Paris

If your idea of a real holiday is to travel out of the UK, Paris is one of your best options for a weekend getaway.
